Beautiful Remodeled Studio with canal, city and mountain views
Fully renovated studio, perfectly situated in the middle of Waikiki beach and Ala Moana Mall, high floor with amazing canal, city & mountain view. Steps from dining, shopping, and a short walk to the beach and Hawaii Convention Center. Fully furnished with new queen bed, sofa bed, a desk and chair, clothe rack and dressers. Having WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning; full equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
The property is located in the same building as Waikiki Monarch Hotel. You can use hotel's facilities such as swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ Grills for free. You can also use the Gym for $5 per stay (obtain a gym pass from the office)
There is a parking garage in the building. One night parking fee is $45 and multiple nights is $40 (cash only) with in and out privileges (considered having the lowest rate in Waikiki). If you rent a car from one of the two car rental companies (Honolulu Car Rental and 808 Smart Car Rental) in the lower lobby, your parking fee would be $20 per night.
FYI: you don't need a car in Waikiki. I would suggest that you only rent a car for those days you are going far away. Having car rental companies on site is very convenient.
Before check-in and after checkout, you can store your luggage in the lobby office for $5 per piece if needed.
Please note: *Every 1st Tuesday of each month, there is no water supply between 11am - 3pm due to building water tank maintenance. *This is a non-smoking room. The sofa bed is not suitable for people taller than 5'. (Basically, it is only good for kids.)

Great location right in the heart of Waikiki, but high enough in the building that almost all of the noise was buffered. Great communication when small incidents came up. We stayed for 11 nights and wished it could've been longer.
The host was really friendly, helped us with an extra beach chair when requested. Location is really convenient, walkable distance from Waikiki beach. The area is safe, loads of security for the building. There is a brunch place, coffee shop, convenient store, bar and a car rental within the building. Had no issues renting and parking the car during our stay.Only reason for me to give 4/5 stars is the condition of the bed, it is a spring bed and not very comfortable. If the host can look into this, this place is surely a convenient and affordable accommodation option.
Our Host was super responsive when we had some issues. On our last day a water main broke that affected a couple of blocks. I reached out and immediately got a response with a number to call.As for the room, the bed is really low and is only one mattress on a platform. It could pose an issue for folks that have a hard time standing from the floor. The mattress itself was pretty soft and had a gully in the middle so you would roll into the middle with your partner. Room could use some paint updates on the door and base boards and the drain in the shower doesn't drain real well after the first person to shower. We didn't check out the pool but the location is in a great area, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Don't miss the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon, which is a nice beach and swim area!

I was very happy with the location and the fact that there was (expensive!) parking in the building. Food was super expensive but i really loved the unit and will def try to get it again next time

Alarms were constantly going off. Alarm went off when we were checking in and then at around 4:45am the next morning. We were on the 23rd floor and were directed to walk down the stairs yes 23 floors down. I checked out that day and will not be going back
The view was good as advertised; bed and desk chair comfortable. But couch defective; very uncomfortable.
One cupboard above the fridge coming off its hinges. No soap or equivalent provided for shower. Windows very dirty. Poor access to power outlets near kitchen sink. Not even token coffee / tea provided to welcome guests.
