We are excited to announce the REOPENING OF THE RECREATION DECK INCLUDING POOL AND HOT TUBS ON APRIL 20, 2026. Located only 1 block from world famous Waikiki Beach, this ocean facing, large corner unit with lanai and extra windows on the 36th floor, has panoramic views of the ocean, beach, pool, and Diamond Head, not to mention the sunrise and sunset views. Breathtaking!

Our condo will be completely upgraded in April 2026!! Enjoy the new and fresh feel of all our upgrades!! The living room is spacious and has furniture with a bright and airy tropical touch. Enjoy our full sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for your comfort and our two lazy boy chairs. Also for your enjoyment is a 50'' Smart TV with over 100 channels. There’s a full sized kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator and fully equipped, new cabinets for all your cooking needs, along with an adjoining dining area. The kitchen and bathroom have Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed and an additional TV surrounded by ocean views. Also for your convenience, there are two doors leading into the bathroom, one from the bedroom and one from the living room. Included in the nightly rate is Wifi and parking. (a parking pass is supplied with the condo) Our unit is air conditioned for your comfort. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards.


The Waikiki Banyan is a very well maintained and family friendly resort. The brand new recreation deck features a large pool and 3 hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, picnic/ BBQ area, and a children's playground. You will find a convenience store and specialty coffee cafe located right outside the elevators in tower one of the main lobby and a laundry room just outside our condo door.

The room was great, with spectacular views of Diamond Head and the ocean. The unit is close to the Waikiki beach, well within walking distance, and to the main shopping area. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The only con was that the a few of the appliances seem to be very dated such as the oven and iron, and the bathroom and kitchen could use a refresh. Other then those truly minor things the room was awesome and the views spectacular, will definitely stay again.

We loved this corner apartment in Waikiki. The views and sunsets every day were just gorgeous - highly recommend! Unfortunately the pool / rec center wasn’t open but that would’ve made the stay even better

Property was located in a great area, easy to walk to beach, shops, restaurants and mall. Very clean and well stocked. Dies need some maintenence, window in bedroom was broken and didn't close all the way and a few cabinet doors were broken. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have any problems at all. One of the highlights was definitely the view — it was absolutely breathtaking! From our balcony, we could see Diamond Head, and it truly felt like a million-dollar view. This condo was very clean and photos were accurate. The kitchen was functional. The bed was very comfy. Just a short walk away from the beach. If you are an early riser you can see some amazing sunrises from the deck. FYI, the pool and surrounding amenities are currently closed.

Loved this unit with beautiful views

The unit is exactly as described and depicted in the description. It has fantastic views of Diamond Head and the ocean. I loved sitting on the balcony and feeling the trade winds! Check in and out was easy and communication was great. Kitchen was well equipped. No complaints here, and I hope to stay here again in the future.

Such a beautiful view from the unit, minutes walk from the beach, building even has a great little coffee shop, pretty much everything you could ask for. It was really spacious and we especially enjoyed all the beach equipment. Will definitely book this one again.

This place has beautiful views of diamond head and ocean. There is small kitchen to encourage a small operation of cooking. It is a 5-min walk to the beach for a couple and a toddler. It is also so close to Waikiki shopping mall, target and Waikiki Market. This place is surrounded with many good restaurants and street food. The condo has plenty of towels, beach chairs. Laundy and trash facilities were very close. About the AC, we figured out that at least once a day we need to pump the water from the tray under the AC into bucket to prevent the balcony flood. The communication with host and property manager was very efficient and effective. We really enjoy our stay and we are grateful that this place was available for a short term rental. We would to come back in the near future.
