Perfect situation

Basic property but had everything that we needed. This property was great for us location wise. Easy walk to the main area of Waikiki. Yes it was a bit noisy especially if you don't live in a city/town but nothing that we didn't get used to in the 8 nights we were there.

Good stay

We had a good stay at this place. It's a little bit of inconvenience to park the car to the 5th level parking lot across the street but it's great to have a parking spot. It's not a quiet place to be at night. The two bedroom place is what we need. We did not stay in the place all day everyday, we're always somewhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a 2 night stay

instructions for check in were simple and very well detailed. Place was comfortable for a party of four adults. Location and parking was great. Place can use some TLC but honestly for the price and location it makes up for it. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and I and aloha for now.

Like staying at your relative's place

This place has everything an average condo by the beach has. I was not sure about the location but when I learnt how close the Ala Moana Mall, a food truck park and several convenience stores are, I loved the location. Communication with the host was great at all times. I'll definitely stay there again.

Good Value for the money

Walking distance to Waikiki and close to nice restaurants and my favorite local bar… The Irish Rose. It’s an older condo so just understand that it is a good value for the money. We saved on lodging so we could have more money to spend on excursions.

Dated, but clean condo

Pros: Price was good for location and size of condo, and the extra amenities were a nice surprise! Parking structure is right across the street so that was convenient. Cons: Condo needs some TLC - repair the outlet plugs and ceiling in bathroom. The emergency vehicle sirens were going off all night long, so I had to use ear plugs. All in all, it worked fine for our needs though!

2 bedroom condo with free parking and internet

Lovely older condo with good view of Honolulu . A few minor glitches but overall it was a really great place for our vacation. It was rather loud at night from the street. Convenient to the beach. The owner was responsive. Would stay there again. One review mentioned roaches but we didn’t see any and believe me I would have noticed!

Excellent Stay & Awesome Owner

This property is excellently located in Waikiki. It is an easy walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and along the shopping strip in Waikiki. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has a full complement of utensils. The parking is safe, secure, and easy to access. Working with Arvis was easy and enjoyable; any questions or issues were resolved immediately!! We will definitely stay here the next time we come back!!

OUTSTANDING STAY

PHENOMENAL STAY!!! We enjoyed our entire stay at Arvis’ location!!! CLEAN, SPACIOUS, ACCOMMODATING CONDO WITH AMENITIES (i. e. shampoo, soap, wash clothes. towels. iron, iron board, classy view, and pictures aligned with actual condo). We hope to stay there again or make reservations at another location of Arvis! Btw, he answers via text, phone or email, immediately!!! THANKS SO MUCH, ARVIS!!!

It was enough room for the family for the stay with a great location and access. The disappointing things were had to wait on keys to enter room at check in, there were roaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom and worst of all we ran out of toilet paper; sent message to host and never got response back so we had to purchase our own

Hawaii Trip 2023

This unit was nice, it is outdated but thats to be expected for the area. Noise wasn’t an issue for us, you are in the city you should expect some noise from outside. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed. I will say we did see some roaches but you see roaches in the street! We lived in Japan for 4 years so we knew that we would see them. You can’t avoid them on a tropical island. I don’t think it’s an issue that the owners created or can avoid! The owner was great at communication and we would come back again, we actually wanted to book it again in April but it was already booked!

Uncle's 70th birthday-first time to Hawaii

The location was nice, close by shopping, restaurants etc, but the street noise, emergency vehicles was non stop and very loud especially at night when you're trying to sleep. Absolutely no insulation with the windows in the bedrooms so you hear everything. Pest control guy came in the unit with no notice and unannounced. Good luck finding the parking, especially at night. It was very difficult as the numbers for the parking spot are the same color as the cement. The location is across the street in another building. Elevators are very outdated and sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. The pool was very dirty and looks nothing like it did in the listing so we didn't use it at all. Very disappointing. The shower head pressure was minimal and took time for the hot water to heat up. The unit has a coffee pot/filters but no coffee or cream to start your stay. Communication with the host was intermittent. Had issues the first night and took him over 24hrs to respond.

The location was great for shopping and food. The room was easy to get to being on the third floor. We are used to city noise, so being on a low floor didn't bother us. Our only issues were the drop tile ceiling in the bathroom could be cleaner and the A/C above the tiles was very loud and shaky. I had to lift a tile and wedge the shaking piece of the compressor in place in order not go crazy while inside. Note for the next guest: The WIFI name and password is listed on the router, it is not what is written on the welcome sheet.Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Oahu, but something to dampen the A/C compressor shaking and noise would go a long way.
