Wonderful house and location! Everything was exactly as advertised and enjoyed the stay. The drive into the house is tricky, but manageable. Limited cell service in the area, so make sure you have directions and the provided video downloaded before you get into town!

Best location on the island, fully stocked kitchen, extremely gracious and helpful live-in property manager, and very private- but the best part was the porch and outdoor shower! It would be hard to find a better outdoor shower location on this planet…we all LOVED our stay here!

We loved our stay here. The drive in is part of the adventure, and once you arrive, it feels completely removed from the busy tourist areas. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and perfect for unplugging and relaxing. The living room AC worked great, the outdoor shower was amazing, and the views and peaceful atmosphere made the entire experience unforgettable.The grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous flowers, fruit trees everywhere, and geckos plentiful around the property, which really added to the tropical feel. The host was kind, genuine, and clearly cared about guests having a great stay.We’d absolutely come back.

The view was amazing at this house. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, host was very responsive and there was lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the serenity of this space.

Absolutely stunning property, extremely happy we chose this property. Tucked away in the Waipio Valley, this place really makes you feel like you are in Hawaii. Excellent views, well equipped with anything needed, and the host was amazingly pleasant/helpful. We loved the big island, and found plenty of places nearby to swim/snorkel. Secluded and away from the bigger cities, this is a very relaxing property. We slept with windows/doors open, to the sounds of hundreds of tree frogs, really amazing.

Beach View was better then any hotel. Away from the general public and tucked into the mountain was a big plus. House has almost everything u could ask for. Beach gear, all appliances, spacious living area. Only thing I could ask for was Ice. Ice machine was not producing ice. So grab a bag before u come up. This house is tucked away from into the mountains and isn't really near any sights. Expect everything to be at least an hour away to visit. My family and I didnt mind the drives. We didnt want to be around all the tourists and wanted our privacy. This house gives you all that and much much more.

The view of the beach, valley, and ocean were amazing. It was too bad the road to the beach and valley were closed. Only residents could drive down to the beach.

I have traveled around some of the world. This home by far has the most beautiful view of the ocean I have ever seen! The house was spotless and we all loved the kitchen. The host was a very special person. She helped us with everything, directions to scenic sites, chairs and coolers for the beach. Just a great lady! If we go back to this area, will definitely rent the house again.
