  • Perfectly situated in the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is much to see and explore including steep ridges, valleys, picturesque villages, ancient features and historic houses. The Cathedral city of Exeter with its array of high street shops, pubs and restaurants is just a short drive away. The world-renowned Jurassic Coast and the delightful seaside resorts of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth are also within driving distance. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Escot Gardens and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, such as Killerton.

    Step inside this delightful single-storey property and you will find yourself in the useful entrance hallway with plenty of space to hang coats and store boots. The next room is the lovely light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a comfy sofa in front of the Smart TV and warming wood burner. Here you can relax in style after a day exploring and the dining area is the perfect venue for a laid-back evening meal. Located next to this is the compact yet perfectly appointed kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Head further into the cottage where you will then find the spacious double bedroom, and adjacent to this and completing the offering inside the property is a shower room with shower and WC.

    Venture outside and located to the front of the cottage is a gorgeous little enclosed patio area with seating and here you can enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple. Private off-road parking for one car is also provided.
