"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for seven nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every member of the team—from the front desk, reception, concierge, to housekeeping—demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong. What truly made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding concierge service, especially from Marvin Wong. I arrived in Hong Kong with very little planning and wasn’t sure where to visit or which restaurants to try. Each morning, I would seek Marvin’s recommendations, and every suggestion exceeded my expectations. His local knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine enthusiasm transformed what could have been an ordinary trip into an amazing and memorable experience. "Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the harbour promenade. We had a room facing the harbour with a lovely view. Breakfast is great with a good selection of local and international dishes. The pool looks good but it was raining and it was closed. The staff are very professional and attentive."
