First and foremost, may I offer my sincere apologies for the towel replenishment issues that you have encountered on your second day. Your comfort of your stay is one of our key priorities, we are very sorry that on this occasion we have failed to do that. Please note that it is not a usual thing which happened normally, internal training will be conducted for the individuals who were responsible for your room and to the rest of my team to ensure we are all aware of this incident and we must learn from it.
