「Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly.
