This home offers a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. It provides a harmonious balance of spacious living areas for group activities and personal spaces for relaxation.

Kitchen

The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with the latest in culinary appliances, including a dishwasher, set against a backdrop of new, sleek cabinetry. This space is engineered for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, catering to effortless meal preparation and dining experiences.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor, this spacious retreat features a king-sized bed, ample storage, and cozy accommodations. Enjoy plenty of natural light from large windows and elegant French doors. The room also includes a private en-suite bathroom for your convenience. We also offer a twin-sized floor mattress for this room.

Second Bedroom: A spacious and elegantly designed room with a queen-sized bed, offering comfort and relaxation.

Third Bedroom: This bright and airy room features a queen-sized bed, natural greenery, and plenty of sunlight for a serene atmosphere.

Fourth Bedroom: A cozy retreat with a charming farm theme, this room includes a queen-sized bed and a warm, welcoming ambiance. We also offer a twin-sized floor mattress for this room.

Bathrooms

Main Bathroom: Located on the 1st floor. A clean and spacious area featuring a full tub and shower.

Second Bathroom: Accessible on the 2nd floor. It maintains the home`s high standards with cleanliness, nature light and plenty of space. Equipped with a full tub and shower.

Laundry

We offer a washer and dryer for your use. It is located in the basement. Please be extra careful on the stairs.

Outdoors

The exterior of the house is just as inviting, with a large balcony deck, offering panoramic views of the local farms. Just below is a patio for outdoor entertaining. A full patio set will be added this spring. This area is perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

For outdoor and family entertainment, we have a firepit and picnic table overlooking a large yard and pastures. We also have cornhole and a basketball goal available.

Garage:

The garage is also available for guest use. Just let us know if you need access in advance.

Guests can use the garage for parking. The remotes will be stored inside the house. Please let host know if you need the garage.

Our space does not have a television. We believe in creating an atmosphere where you can truly unwind, disconnect from daily distractions, and enjoy meaningful moments with family and friends. Whether you`re cozying up with a book, sharing stories by the fire, or exploring the beautiful surroundings, we hope this stay offers you a chance to relax and recharge. However, we do provide Wi-Fi if you need to stay connected during your visit.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.

No drunkenness.

No hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.)

No drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana.

No foul language.

No inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior.

Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. If a guest violates this policy, a $400 cleaning fee will be assessed.
