One bedroom cottage on the Homosassa River!

  • Enjoy panoramic views of the Homosassa River from your private elevated front porch. Cottage features one bedroom with Queen bed, full kitchen, bath and living room. Bring your boat - private boat ramp, dockside and trailer parking available on site. Our cottage is pet friendly for well behaved guests and their dog. Seagrass Waterfront restaurant and Tiki bar is right next door. Enjoy dinner, dockside drinks and Brunch on Sunday! (Please note, the entrance to this cottage has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Our remaining cottages were damaged by the hurricane, at this time we do not have an accessible unit available for rent)

The cottage was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door was staffed with friendly, accommodating people. The bathroom was small and faucets squeaky. Overall, comfortable enough, andbudget friendly, for a two night stay.

Yes. Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view and great food next door at Seagrass Restaurant. Home away from home and very clean cabin. All of our questions were answered. Will for sure be back.

I have stayed at seagrass resort several times and always enjoy my stay there. Everything's clean and nice and quiet the folks next door at the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. It's a great spot to get away on the river. I got my own slip got my own boat ramp right outside my room. What more can I ask for?

Excellent place!

We can’t say enough good things about this place! Cottage on the water with a dock right next to a beautiful calm waterfront restaurant with an awesome Sunday brunch. We had a great time and will be back. Already looking at our schedule for a return soon. Mike, the manager was so nice and accommodating. We really liked him and his staff. Thank you again. :)

We love it here! This is our second stay and we already booked another one. Clean, nice and the view is stunning. You can’t get any better with a wonderful restaurant to visit next door. The food is always delicious too! Mike and the gang are so nice and accommodating. We are treated like family here. Thanks for everything! :)

We had a great time here, house was very clean, and came with everything we needed. The plus was being able to launch our boat from the private boat ramp with dock parking. There was room for our truck and trailer. Our stay was awesome. Thank you.

The host was available to address any concerns. We had everything we needed. Several excellent restaurants are just minutes away and most are on the water with dockage. No problem parking, or docking for that matter. A grocery and other basic stores were close.

Great stay! Very clean, beautiful view. Small and cozy! Very quiet spot. We went on the Island Girl Crusie next door with our grandson and it was awesome! Great little getaway. There were plenty of towels, ice in the freezer and coffee in the morning.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS!!! In the morning the water is calm and you can watch the wildlife feed. Saw some manatee, ducks and lots of fish. Restaurant next door had great schnitzel! Owner was very responsive to any issues we had.

Everything was great! The host responded to my inquiries quickly and positively, the cottage is adorable and has all the necessities. The view…is amazing. I have never been so excited to sit on a front porch and relax. Plenty to do in the area and lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own right next door! Also stores like grocery, pharmacy etc are close and easy. We can’t wait to go back!!
