The inside of the home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a bonus front room private sleeping area. The whole house sleeps 11.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an amazing view. Smart Tv and you can access the pool by the slider located in the room and easily step out to the dock to watch the kids fish. This upscale home features a huge master bathroom and closet. The master shower has dual controls -including a rain head shower head. The second bedroom on the other side of the house has a queen bed and tv with an amazing view of the water. The guest bathroom is located next to this bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. The front of the house has an additional room with a queen bed and two twin beds. In the middle of the house is the open concept living room, kitchen and two dining areas. You can have family dinners in the dining room that seats 8. The breakfast nook has a table that seats 4 plus 2 seats at the bar and another 2 at the island. The house has updated with granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and newer appliances with a large commercial ice maker at the dock. The laundry room is located near the kitchen and guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, spices, cups, plates, crockpot, utensils and more. There is a large pantry located in the kitchen as well. The living room features a leather couch, sofa and two comfy chairs plus a Tv and overlooks the pool and water.

Step outside into the outdoor living area where you will find the outdoor kitchen with a sink which overlooks the pool and water. There is a Tv at the pool, a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 seats at the bar. We have two big chairs you can lounge in the water the sunset or hang by the pool. There are pool towels provided for you. The pool can be heated for an extra charge of $200 per stay- more if it’s a long term stay. We need to know before your stay if you want it heated bc it takes awhile to get it warm- it will warm to about 85 degrees.

Take a walk outside the pool area and you will find a propane BBQ and fire pit. Enjoy the nights with a fire along the waters edge. We have a fishing cabin near the dock with a full bed and twin bed plus a TV. There is also a sink in the cabin. Teenagers will love this space!

Located next to the fishing cabin is a screened in fish cleaning station with water and a commercial ice machine for you to fill your coolers for those scalloping and fishing trips! Head right out onto the Mason Creek to the fishing and scalloping grounds. We have 4 kayaks for you to enjoy the peaceful river life. You will see manatees, otters, fish, dolphins and much more.

The house is located one street over from the Mason Creek public boat ramp. Just minutes from the waterfront restaurants: Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, The Shed, The Freezer, Nauti Time, Crumps, and Margarita Grill just to name a few. The house features: free fast spectrum internet, Tvs, linens, towels, mini bathroom soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, commercial trash bags for scallop shells(Do not throw them into the river), new sponge, dishwasher soap plus a coffee station with a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig style coffee maker. There is coffee, pods, creamer, filters and sugar provided to get your started.

You can ride your bikes or use your golf carts to explore the neighborhood! This is a golf cart friendly area!

RENTAL RULES-These will be emailed to you to read over, sign and email back.

PETS are permitted with a $150 pet fee and only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.  No Cats.

Parking:
PARKING – Parking is limited to __4 vehicle(s).  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Trailer Parking: You may park your trailer in the front yard on the rock driveway.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Kayak and Paddle Board usage waiver-

I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) outdoor recreational activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such exist in my use of paddle sport equipment and my participation in paddle sport activities. (B) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/ or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; ( ; the negligence of participants, the negligence of theirs, accidents, beaches or contract, the forces of nature or other causes. Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, guide decision making, including that a guide may misjudge terrain, weather, trail or ocean conditions, and water level, risk of falling out of or drowning while paddle sporting and such other risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational activities that take place in a wilderness, ocean, outdoor, or recreational environment.

By my participation in these activities and/ or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses . I also verify that I am in good health, Not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol of any kind, nor do I have them in my possession , and am capable of pursuing paddle sports, and that my participation in this activity is voluntary. I/we also agree to a properly secured USCG approved personal floatation device, of type 3 or better, at all times.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Scott Family Fish House LLC and Homosassa Vacation Rentals and its owners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of paddle sport equipment or premises or my participation in paddle sport activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have at present time or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers of Scott Family Fish House LLC.

I HAVE READ THE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY BOOKING THIS HOUSE, I AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE SCOTT FAMILY FISH HOUSE LLC AND HOMOSASSA VACATION RENTALS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

BY BOOKING THIS HOUSE I have agreed to the terms of this rental.
