This home is peaceful and cozy with smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials to prepare your favorite meals.

Our Unit 4 pet fee is $80.00. Max 2 pets.*
If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.
In Unit 4, we offer a dog bed, toys, water, and food bowls, which are available upon request and we have a designated dog park on the side of our unit located at the corner of W. Longfellow St. and S. Sandburg Point.
*Pets are only permitted in "pet-friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, or bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.
