"Breakfast is always great at ES! The only downfall at breakfast is they really could use more help for the breakfast special order station ~ there was only one guy doing those special orders - and btw he was AMAZING!- so kind and never made anyone feel rushed / give that man a raise and get him some help! Other than that the stay was wonderful ! Thank you !"

"It was a terrible experience. We used to frequent this location and it's not what it used to be. Things look worn, the bathrooms look aged. It's looking more and more like the value is dropping. I was placed in a room with a complaint on it for broken shower/tub...indicated in the notes. It clearly wasn't read. Then I was placed in a new room where the bathroom smelled like sewage....this is at midnight mind you. It was a room for disabled persons and I'm able bodied. I did not like the feeling of occupying a room for disabled guests, let alone the bathroom issue. I didn't feel the night staff cared much. Downside is nothing could be comped because of booking through this site as a third party vendor. I will not visit this location again. I prefer a refund."

"Overall, I enjoyed the location of this property. It was clean overall. Only issue I had was the smell that came from the toilet; we had to keep the fan on or else the standing toilet water emitted a sewage-like smell. Also, the tub was very slow to drain due to a clog forming. One of my towels had a makeup smudge on it. The beds were super comfortable though and the floor I stayed on was very quiet. It’s only 5 minutes from a shopping mall and 2 minutes from a Walmart. Whenever I visit Baltimore, I stay in the Arundel area. I’d more than likely stay here again. Staff was very friendly."
