「We enjoyed our stay even though the hotel was under renovation. We plan to stay again in the future as our plans will have us traveling there again」

「I only found it convenient that there was a microwave and a fridge. The room was disgusting and reeked of weed and cigarettes although it was booked in advance as a “non-smoking” room. The woman in the front asked if a smoking room was ok after my reservation clearly stated I reserved a non-smoking room. Even after she told me she could accommodate me I found out the room was not what I expected and my needs were not met. I reported it immediately and they still would not give me the non-smoking...

「Bad WIFI and bad air conditioning. Air condition brow straight to the bed and was difficult to sleep with it on. Also blow was too strong even I put into low. Freeze to death in the middle of the night.」

「CTA駅も近く、敷地内に十分な台数分の駐車場も完備されており、ハイスクールの目の前と言う事もあり治安は良い場所にあると思われる。 ホテルに宿泊以外の何を求めるかによるが朝食もついてるし、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジもあり特に不便は無い。 それぞれの部屋が駐車場に面している事もあり、毎晩セキュリティをセットした車のクラクションの音に悩まされた。 職員の人が連絡を取っていた様だが、解決していなかった為、無断駐車なのか？と思ってしまった。 そういう点はルーズ…。 また泊まりたいか？と言われると、リピートは無い。」
