If there is a computer issue when checking in, don’t make the customer stand waiting- offer them to sit down- esp. if they are a bit older- coffee in the am was not ready when I arrived there at 9 am and the 14 dollar charge for continental breakfast is the same complimentary breakfast many hotels offer for free. I was charged a 50 dollar pet fee that is not refundable that I wasn’t told about on my reservation. However, most importantly the room and bed were clean and comfy! I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my regular travels.

It was so convenient that I would like to use it again. The breakfast was relatively substantial. The waffles were chewy and soft. I also liked that there was a coffee machine at the front desk.
