Had a great stay in Homer. This property has amazing views, beach access, great host, perfect interior, wildlife viewing from property, excellent location for all of Homer’s activities.

Incredibly Charming

The photos don't do it justice - this place is clean, cozy, and incredibly charming. It's location is perfect. A short walk to the beachfront and close to everything, from the Homer Spit (seeing eagles), to visiting the weekend farmers market, nearby Bear Creek Winery. A boat ride to Seldovia. On the last night seeing a moose in the backyard. This stay truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

AMAZING stay

This was a great place to stay in Homer! The beds were sooo comfortable and the place was very clean. There’s a million dollar view from the deck and the beach is amazing. Overall, a great place!!!

Beautiful view of Homer spit

2 bedroom with 2 full baths with full kitchen and million dollar views of Homer spit and the bay. Walk down to the water and walk the beach, or a short drive (2 mins) to restaurants and groceries. Great stay - we will stay again!

The location of this place is amazing. Million dollar views of the bay and easy access to the beach below the house. The place was nicely appointed and felt brand new. We sunk into our beds and slept great!

Great VRBO.

The property is new, well equipped, and very clean. The views of the bay are stunning. The location is excellent in that it's very close to the airport, the Spit, and downtown Homer. We plan to return.

Beautiful accommodations with a view

We stayed here while visiting the Homer area. The apartment was lovely, quiet and on the beach with beautiful views of the mountains of Katchemak Bay State Park. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep after long days spent exploring the area, and the kitchen area well stocked. We sure appreciated the washer and dryer! We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Homer area.

Couldn’t ask for more from the super host like Bonnie and her husband. They were helpful from the day we made the reservation until the day we left. Great location, great view, New and super clean property

Property is located just a couple of minute drive to the Homer spit. It has 5 star views of Kachaemek Bay. The house was super clean and a pretty new build. Beds were incredibly comfy. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

Top-Notch Accommodations and Stay

Bonnie and Dave take pride in their property and it shows from the moment you arrive. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space was perfect with incredible views and immediate access tot he beach. The proximity to all local amenities are only a few minutes away. Bonnie and Dave went above and beyond as well by reaching out to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything additional including towels, outside seating, etc. We definitely think to stay here again.

Homer Spit View

This ADU was clean, well appointed and laid out perfectly for two couples. The view is incredible! Bonnie was an awesome host, letting me know the interest was being worked on and we could check out later if we wanted. Best weekend ever in Homer!
