2 bedroom with 2 full baths with full kitchen and million dollar views of Homer spit and the bay. Walk down to the water and walk the beach, or a short drive (2 mins) to restaurants and groceries. Great stay - we will stay again!

Wow. Bonnie and Dave truly thought of everything. Perfectly located, stunning views, immaculate, great communication. Bonnie even helped us out when we lost a rain jacket. Beautiful accommodations with a view

We stayed here while visiting the Homer area. The apartment was lovely, quiet and on the beach with beautiful views of the mountains of Katchemak Bay State Park. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep after long days spent exploring the area, and the kitchen area well stocked. We sure appreciated the washer and dryer! We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Homer area.

The property was incredibly clean and well appointed. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The beds, the linens, and the towels were all top-notch. We were very comfortable!!! The kitchen included everything you would need and we were welcomed with gift of a bottle of wine. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Homer

Incredibly Charming

The photos don't do it justice - this place is clean, cozy, and incredibly charming. It's location is perfect. A short walk to the beachfront and close to everything, from the Homer Spit (seeing eagles), to visiting the weekend farmers market, nearby Bear Creek Winery. A boat ride to Seldovia. On the last night seeing a moose in the backyard. This stay truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Top-Notch Accommodations and Stay

Bonnie and Dave take pride in their property and it shows from the moment you arrive. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space was perfect with incredible views and immediate access tot he beach. The proximity to all local amenities are only a few minutes away. Bonnie and Dave went above and beyond as well by reaching out to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything additional including towels, outside seating, etc. We definitely think to stay here again.

This ADU was clean, well appointed and laid out perfectly for two couples. The view is incredible! Bonnie was an awesome host, letting me know the interest was being worked on and we could check out later if we wanted. Best weekend ever in Homer!

Perfect Stay!

We loved staying at this new and beautifully decorated house! It was private feeling and peaceful with a luxurious feel. The property was well furnished with incredibly comfortable linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The views are incredible! We enjoyed walking along the beach and the solitude of this area. The property is close to the spit and town, yet located in a very quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Magnifique !

Very peaceful, quiet stay on a private property overlooking Kachemak Bay. We were able to take steps down to beach. Was beautiful to walk along at low tide. Everything was available that we needed in the apartment. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day. The owners were very kind. Their dog Willow made our stay special when she would greet us each day.
