This location is desirable, tucked in next to the library in the downtown area. Access to Homers walking trails is adjacent to the property. You will enjoy short walking distances to Safeway, several restaurants, shopping, and other tourist attractions. Bishop Beach is just a 15-minute walk, Alaska Islands & Ocean vistor center is a 10-minute walk, and the Homer Spit is a 5-minute drive.
Construction on the home was completed in September of 2025. There is room for 6 visitors.
The living area includes a full-size kitchen with pantry, kitchen island with seating for 2, dining table with seating for 4, living area with queen-size sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom, and laundry. The private back deck has a BBQ grill and seating for 2 to enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and bay.
Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom.
The kitchen, bedrooms, baths, and laundry area are stocked with essentials, all you need to bring is food to enjoy cooking at home and any individual preferred items.
WiFi and television are provided.
