When we arrived we were greeted. The arrival and departure requests were easy to follow. The area was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Nice view from the upstairs balcony. Very close to town and shopping. The Homer Spit was just as expected.. lots of shops and sights to see. Thank you for your hospitality.. we look forward to coming back.

A great place to stay! Our host was very friendly. Too bad we were only there for one night. The view from the bedroom was amazing! We were very comfortable, but sleeping upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, was a bit challenging for us senior citizens. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

I booked this unit for an overnight, in preparation for a Katmai National Park trip the next day.Communication with the owner was great and upon arrival, there were no issues getting in. The unit was clean, comfortable and looked brand new, The kitchen/living room area is comfortable, bedroom roomy and quiet. Also, the view of Kachemak Bay from the upstairs balcony is outstanding.Overall I was very pleased and would certainly book again if staying in Homer.

The place was exactly as pictured. I loved a real coffee pot verus a keurig one! Host came out & greeted us as we arrived & gave a great dinner recommendation. My only recommendation is a small light for reading by the bed.
