「Very close to everything, clean and tidy」

「For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.」

「Excellent well equipped accommodation 」

「Here is perfect for the Beatles tribute bands at International Beatle Week. It's very convenient to go to the concert places like Cavern Club. The laundry machine is very nice. I did wash the cloths every day. There are many super markets around the hotel. I could buy many kinds of food there. The kitchen is neat and clean. The bath room is nice also. The security system works well.」

「The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.」

「Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

「I can sum up my review in two words, stay away. The entire facility looks rundown and ragged. Our apartment had many things broken, missing, or inoperative. Overhead LED lights not working, faucets loose on the sink, bottom rack of the dishwasher missing, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, just to name a few. The bathroom was decent except there were no amenities such as toiletries and no shelf in the shower to store them. Again, the apartment had the look and feel of neglect. The...

「Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

「The location was at the center of everything we wanted to do. It was a comfortable stay. Very clean. Very practical.」

「The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho」

「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

「Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...
