This is their much-loved holiday home and they have done everything they can to make sure that you fall in love with it too. To the front of the property there are also two parking spaces, making this a great choice for couples and small families alike and those who know the Georgian town of Holt well will tell you that this is something of a rarity!

Just over a 5-minute walk from the pretty town centre, you can park up and enjoy dinner somewhere new almost every night. Here you will also find a good mix of artisan and high street shops to browse, buy or simply potter in. Holt is a year-round firm favourite with locals whether they come to eat outside in summer or see the much-celebrated lights at Christmas. Guests often stay here coming up to Christmas for the famous Thursford Christmas Spectacular too, which is also within easy reach.

Whatever the season, seaside lovers will find themselves enjoying the stunning North Norfolk coastline within minutes and here you will find a great mix of wide sand and shingle beaches, clay and salt marshes, rolling sand dunes and picturesque quays. When you are not busy sunbathing or swimming in the sea, head to Cromer for a spot of people watching while you lunch on the pier. Or undertake a spot of crab lining on Blakeney Quay where you can also take a seasonal boat trip to see the seals. Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, RSPB Cley Marshes, a trip on the beautiful Norfolk Broads or 1,000-acre Sheringham Park. History buffs will be delighted to discover the Felbrigg, Blickling, Holkham and Sandringham Estates along with the Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections and a host of local museums. There are also lots of family attractions too, including Bewilderwood and Amazonia Zoo.
