Well-positioned for wandering out on an evening or during the day, this marvellous cottage is located mere metres from the High Street in the Georgian town of Holt. Spend time enjoying walks, shopping and meals or drinks out without having to worry about the car, moseying back to the comfort of your home-from-home cottage when finished. The property itself presents a unique layout with one king-size bedroom with a stand alone bath on the first floor, an ideal choice for two guests eager to enjoy one another’s company without being disturbed.


    Love, care and attention have clearly gone into making this holiday home a characterful and lovely place to stay. On the ground floor, a generously sized lounge/diner and a characterful kitchen provide everything you need for mealtimes and evening relaxation. Sink into the enormous Chesterfield sofas and enjoy a film on the Smart TV with the light the stylish electric wood burner. Step upstairs to find a luxurious bedroom with king-size bed with a fabulous feature wall and a standalone bath in one corner, the perfect place to sink into a bed of bubbles after a long day of outdoor activities. If baths aren’t your thing, there’s also a fantastic rainfall shower in the bathroom next door.


    Having spent time exploring the traditional streets of Holt, embark on a journey into the Norfolk Coast AONB to discover further stunning sights and scenes. For a unique way to see the area, head to the local railway station (1 mile) to embark on the North Norfolk Railway, taking a trip to the seaside spot of Sheringham (5 miles) via a delightful countryside route. Once in Sheringham you can spend time on the beach, visit the local museum and try a mouth-watering catch of the day. Or head further afield to Cromer and try the famous Cromer crab in one of the many eateries, or head in the opposite direction to Blakeney for a seal trip, Well-Next-To-The-Sea for a day or shopping or crabbing on the quay, or to Holkham and walk along the long stretch of sand dunes and sea.
