The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and ample counter space for preparing group meals. Gather around the indoor dining table or head outside to the tropical patio for al fresco dinners by the pool.

The sleeping arrangements are perfect for families or groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer are also available for guest use, making longer stays even more comfortable.

Great location, very clean and perfect set up for us and our adult children. Less than 1 mile walk to Pine Street area with shops and restaurants and trolly system very good. Appreciated beach wagon and chairs and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.

The home was clean, nicely updated, the furniture was comfortable and was well stocked. The private heated pool was great for a quick dip and to sit around at night. It was a quick stroll to the beautiful beach. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. The bedrooms were a bit on the small side but adequate. I would recommend more beach chairs. There were only two and for larger groups more would be better. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely Property, Poor Management

The rental property was beautiful and the location was perfect! Our only complaint is that the property management never fixed our dryer or offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. We we're on a two week vacation. The first week was spent at Disneyland and then to Anna Marie Island. Since the rental property had a washer and dryer, we packed lite planning to wash our clothes when we got to the island. Property management was informed immediately that the dryer wasn't working. Maintenance was sent out, but unable to fix the problem. We were told they needed to ask the owner of the property if they could replace the broken part. When asked for updates we were told they would get back with us when they had an answer. It is now a week and a half since our departure and management still has not offered any form off compensation for the inconvenience of having to dry our clothes on the back patio because a listed amenity is not working.

The house is nice but has serious issues

The house is nice but has major electrical issues that need to be addressed. Everyday we had to reset the breaker box at least once. Also we called and asked for blankets and towels and never received them so I had to buy some. The property management was non existent once we checked in.

Great house and location

We just returned from our stay and had a great trip. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Fantastic location less than a block from the beach. Unfortunately the pool was really to warm to use unless you used it as a hot tub 😂 but I guess that can’t be helped as it’s shallow and gets hot from the summer sun. We did sneak a swim in one evening after it rained as it cooled down enough to be enjoyable. We noticed the fan in one bedroom wasn’t working and texted AMI about it. They responded immediately and sent over the nicest maintenance guy to fix it. He was great and accommodating. They were really prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d rent from them again for sure! My only suggestion for the house would be that it needs some rugs and a small vacuum or stick vac. The whole house is tile and hardwood and there was ALWAYS sand no matter what or how much we swept. Felt gross if you were walking barefoot and you’d track sand into your bed. Rugs would definitely help- at least at the doors and by each bed. A small stick vac would make it easier to clean up the sand than a broom. The furnishings and decorations were nice and the house was in great condition. The bedrooms are pretty small but you’re not spending time in those much so it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was great for us and we are happy with our stay and experience. Thank you AMI Locals!

Our stay at My Island Paradise

We enjoyed our week at My Island Paradise. Our family has been vacationing at Anna Maria Island for many years and we were blessed this year with good weather and the calm ocean. The house worked well for our family of adults, location was good with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. If we were to have any complaints, the kitchenware could use some updating. We cooked most of our meals and our eggs stuck to the pans every morning, some of the pots did it have matching lids and it was difficult to blend fruit in the blender for smoothies. We didn’t use the pool much as the sun heated it up during the day and it was to hot to sit in. Overall, we had a great time this year and will definitely be returning to this beautiful island.

Perfectly Paradise!

This property was so amazing and convenient to shopping and the beach. We had everything we needed inside and out and the pool was fantastic and the perfect temp morning noon and night. Would highly recommend a stay at this location. Will definitely look to book this property again in the future.

Perfect stay

Perfect location for a perfect vacation. The house was just as advertised and the trolly and beach were really close. The kids loved playing in the pool and the house was really clean. Highly recommend!

Fine property but some issues

We have stayed at various properties on Anna Maria Island and all have been fine. The property itself was fine but the property management company could have been better. With these reservations there is usually a cleaning fee. We found dried pasta, Cheerios and chips around the pool. It wasn’t excessive, but enough to wonder if there was a thorough cleaning process of all the areas. We called and they said they would send somebody over, but when we returned from the beach, still dirty so we picked it up ourselves. One of the breakers tripped in the family room area and we called. This was around 5 pm so they told us no one available until the morning. They told us to use the TV and hang out in the other rooms. These were minor annoyances and we still made do, but with the increased prices they charge during spring break, I would have expected better service from AMI locals.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great spring break here! The house was a perfect location and had everything we needed. Very short walk to beach access and close to shops as well! Pool was great size for a family and temperature was perfect! Check in super easy and property manage was quick to respond to the few questions we had! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family vacation

The property was perfect!! Across the street is beach access, which is perfect for relaxing or just watching a sunset. We rented a car but the trolley pick-up is right across the street. Quiet neighborhood and a nice walk to many shops and restaurants. We loved the heated pool and the home was comfortable and clean. We will book again!

Great stay

My Island Paradise was the perfect location with a short walk to the beach and quick car ride to the town of Anna Maria. The kitchen is updated and the grill worked great for cooking a nice dinner at home. It was clean, very private and quiet, which is what we wanted especially with COVID.

Florida Review

The water in the pool was great. I used it every day using the arms of a chair in order to enter/exit. Now, an outside light at the corner of the property is needed. Very dark at night. Railing to exit or enter the pool is needed. The tub/shower area needs to be handicap friendly. The above are our concerns.

Perfect Spot

Cozy property in quiet neighborhood on corner half block from gulf beach. 3 min walk to beach access point. I made a beautiful beach walk to Bean Point every day which was about a mile and half each way. Condo was just as it looked in the online photos. Living room TV was tricky to work but it was a wonderful place overall. Just an excellent spot. It was myself, son and daughter and they loved it. I would highly recommend this place.

Cozy & clean beach house steps to the beach w/private pool!

We stayed as a family of four with a ten month old and loved the home and location! The home is beautifully decorated just as pictured, and very clean! We rented a crib from a local baby rental store for our daughter, and enjoyed the private pool to allow her to ease into her first swimming experiences. The location is less than 1 block from the beach and is on the north side of town which has Bean Point, the best place to watch sunsets on the island. The Waterfront and Ginny’s restaurants were our favorites. We also fished at Rod and Reel Pier. Lisa, the property manager, was kind and thoughtful in all communication and we gratefully appreciated our stay and the family memories made! Thank you, Mandi & family

After a stressful year for us and my elderly parents, we had an excellent, restful stay in this adorable cottage. Sunset walks every evening. Dinners out to all the great restaurants and shopping in cute boutiques. Loved our stay and will definitely come back to AMI.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the booking to the last day, the property manager, Lisa was so helpful and very quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit is clean and well appointed. Our only complaint is that the pool filter is very loud. That made sitting poolside a little less relaxing. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and easily walkable to the shops and restaurants.
