Our March visit from PA with our daughters was perfect. So perfect we have booked next year already. The other tenants were kind and helpful. View of beach and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was perfectly situated. The condo layout was open and the bedrooms just what we needed for 6 adults. Kitchen well stocked. There was maintenance of railings going on during our visit - which indicates the property is well-maintained and held to code. Hate to wish our life away - but so excited to return in 2027!! Thank you for a wonderful family experience.

Location is Everything!

Best location on the beach! Condo itself was nice but could use just a little TLC. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Over all our stay was amazing and everyone is trying to figure out when we can go back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We loved this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there were not enough towels. We had 6 bath towels for 6 people and 6 beach towels. We were constantly washing towels. But other than that everything was amazing.

The view is everything

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island. The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. Overall I would stay here again but just a little TLC could make this place spectacular.

The property location is outstanding. This is the third time we have stayed at this complex, and we will continue to! Kitchen was well stocked (baking dishes, blender, crockpot.. everything). Coffee options were traditional coffee maker, kcup and espresso (provide your own beans/grounds/pods). Patio is perfect for early morning coffee and AMI sunsets. Space overall was great with room to spread out. Livingroom has great seating for 6. Beds were comfy. Closet space was great. Recommendations from seasoned AMI renters: leave spray cleaner for guests, towel fee is very high (350), I’d have rather saved that and brought our own, one fan was non functioning, no beach umbrella present (I know it’s hard to keep up with beach equipment), beach chairs were poor quality compared to other friends’ on the island at different locations. Overall it was a great stay! I’d consider this unit again if it was available. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us! :)

Balcony on the beach was the perfect place to watch the sunset

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had.

Unit was exceptionally clean. We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. Never disappoints. Only concern is lack of trash receptacles. Need to bring dumpster back.

Beautiful setting

The property was just as promised. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. Lovely vacation - beautiful place for a retreat.

Property was amazing, the views from balcony of daily sunsets were awesome. We have already rebooked for next year. Few things needed repair, and a little pricey. But that being said we had a awesome time.

Lovely quiet Oceanside Property

We loved the location, view, distance to the trolley, and the quiet beautiful beach. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place.

Great condo only steps from the sand

We had a great stay at Gulf Place 2 with our family. The unit had everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. were provided. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially loved how close we were to the gulf. We could watch our older kids down at the beach from the balcony. There was a lot of small ants all over the kitchen area and we found several palmetto bugs that we had to get rid of. The king beds were some what comfortable, they had a big piece of foam on the top of the mattresses which made the beds too soft for our liking. But, overall we would definitely come back and stay again.
