Imagine waking up every morning to Florida weather and never being more than a few steps away from the pristine white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. All that and more awaits you at our La Casa AMI Beachside. Located on the second floor, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo unit offers plenty of space for everyone in the family.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, bathtub and large walk-in closet. Oversized glass sliding doors offer access to the balcony and most importantly, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bed. A half bathroom is available right across the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The open concept floorplan of kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for the family to spend some time together. A well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and barstool area for a quick meal. Dining table and living room comfortably seat up to 6 people and a wetbar and wine cooler are available as well.

An elevator, in-home washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, two covered and reserved parking spaces, plenty of beach chairs and equipment give this home the additional touch of comfort and convenience you were looking for.

The thoughtfully designed grounds and gardens lead to a large heated pool with hot-tub and gazebo area. A picnic and BBQ area are available, as well as a gas and charcoal grill, ideal to prepare and enjoy the catch of the day or steaks for dinner.
