Everything was beautiful, clean, up to date decor. One of the 4 king beds could use updating, too hard! Location was perfect to walk or take our golf cart to the beach, only 1 block away! Anna Maria beaches are stunning! Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals are great to work with. Wish we would of had more time to enjoy this beautiful palace!

Great property!!

The property was fantastic. The property management was quick to communicate when we had questions. The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen cooking utensils. The bedrooms were very large and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. They had a tent and beach cart in the garage, which made getting to the beach very easy. We decided to rent golf carts and a few bikes to get around the island. That worked out better than renting a car. The pool was clean and the backyard was a great place to hangout as a family. I would highly recommend getting some strong bug repellent as the mosquitos can get pretty aggressive. I highly recommend this property!!

Family vacation

Property was BEAUTIFUL! We did have trouble with washer but maintenance team was diligent in fixing the problem. This is our favorite street to stay on the island. This house worked great for my husband, myself, our married adult kids and 2 grandbabies! We will be back!!!

Family vacation

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the pool area was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and truly a perfect place for our family vacation!

Beach Bound

The property was perfect for our family. It's not far from the airport. Easy walk to the beach. The weather didn't cooperate like we had hoped. The first couple days tropical storm Deby kept us inside but we made the best of it. The property management team kept us up to date on the storm clean up for the property and did there best to get the property cleaned up for us to enjoy the outdoor amenities. We were able to get several days on the beach. We did suggest they update some of their beach chairs and umbrellas as some were dry rotted or missing parts. Overall this was a great property to rent. We are already talking about renting the property again next year.

Busy Anna Maria Area

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for our entire family. Each kid had their own bedroom and bathroom which gave me additional peace on vacation. A couple of issues upon check-in but we were taken care of promptly and property owner/manager even followed up to make sure all went well. Outdoor area and pool were very much enjoyed! House is in a vary busy part of Anna Maria/Holmes Beach. All good except the huge crowd and that had nothing to do with the home!

What a fantastic place to stay!

We have been going to Anna Maria for 6 years. Beach Bound is our favorite place we’ve stayed yet! The pictures don’t do it justice to how spacious it is. We had 8 adults and never felt like we were cramped. The pool was perfect. The outdoor games were used daily. We cooked almost every night with the well appointed kitchen. The walk to the beach was perfect! And the beds were insanely comfortable. Two of our people said it was the most heavenly bed they’d ever slept in! 😂 I had to call about two very minor concerns (that ended up being completely fine!) and someone showed up to check them out within an hour. We had a wonderful family trip and we would absolutely stay here again!

Fun Family Vacation

Everything about this home was excellent! The check in/out was simple and easy. The home was well maintained. We had a slight issue with the pool filter (nobody’s fault, it just happens sometimes), and maintenance came the same day. Pool people were great, personable, and even gave us suggestions of things to do. There were 8 adults, each couple had their own bathroom. Plenty of space to be together, yet we had our own privacy. The beach was a short walk, and the house had beach chairs, wagons, and an umbrella. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic Home

Beach Bound is a wonderful vacation home. It is centrally located to everything on A.M.I. The beach access is great and not overly crowded. The four king bed configuration makes it perfect for vacationing couples and we loved that it was one level. The outside area includes a pool, spa, and a fantastic pergola. We will definitely rent here again!

Great house!

Great house! Fun backyard setup and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect location for beach access. Way more space than we needed for our family of five. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues while we were there, and the rental company was very responsive. From before check-in to check-out, communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

We will be back!

My husband and I and our three adult children had a fabulous week at this spectacular home even though the sun barely came out and it was cold and windy the entire week. We were grateful for all the amenities, especially the pool and hot tub which we used every day. Loved the use of the backyard spaces with the putting greens, the ping-pong table and corn hole. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms, including an extra bedroom and common bathroom. And love there is a bonus den which we each used individually at some point throughout the week. The property managers were responsive when we called about a few minor things and were very attentive, and followed up the day after to ensure all was well. We rented bikes and received a discount through the rental company. We really enjoyed biking all over the island to shops and restaurants. The beach is a 1 to 2 minute walk and what a wonderful beach and a great place to see the sunset the one night we got to see it. We definitely love our first experience on Anna Maria Island and definitely plan to come back. We would love to stay at this VRBO again!

Holiday in AMI

This property checked all of our boxes as far as location, space, etc. The extra den provided a nice area for the kids to play, etc. The downfall of the property was the linens that we found to be scratchy and thin, the pillows that were lumpy and the lack of the supplies that were supposed to have been left like the dish soap, dish cloth and kitchen trash bags. We spent a lot of money to rent this lovely home and felt that newer linens and pillows would have made our stay even better. Thank you!

Family Vacay

Incredible property with great access to beach. Pay attention to instructions on Pool and it will help. Grab a Golf Cart and enjoy the Island. Could not have asked for a better week and this is certainly a place we would entertain coming back to.

Wonderful home.

The accommodations were everything we had hoped they would be and more. The backyard was breathtaking and the location an easy walk to not only the beach, but to the market and restaurants as well.

Perfect

We had a family group of 8 looking to trade snow shovels for beach and sunshine. This house was perfect. All the rooms have king beds and private bathrooms, except one. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. The beach is a very short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded and the sand was sugary white. Would highly recommend this place!

Room for improvement

Location is awesome and house was nice but for almost 1k/ night I would have expected more amenities. The house could really benefit from some improvements- new mattress in master (absolute necessity; we could not sleep in it the middle dip was so bad; woke up with backaches), better and more kitchen pans/supplies, more cleaning supplies, bikes that are not locked up and unavailable, beach chairs that are not for a kid. ....
