Dreaming of a sandy Christmas? This charming unit with a PRIVATE entrance sits in a cozy 3-unit complex sharing only the pool and grill. Step outside to sparkling beaches, tasty local eats, unique boutiques, and FREE trolley rides. Or float the afternoon away in the pool. Inside, breezy coastal décor brings calm and comfort. And at Christmas, the island twinkles with lights, music, festivities, and magical hand-painted windows.

*Complimentary starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamer and sugar supplied. There are also extra trash bags provided for your stay.

1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.
8. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility

Vacation Away

Beautifully done vacation home with private pool! Comfy beds and furnishings. Everything you need for the beach!! It was an amazing place and we had a wonderful time!
