It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered by the renter above us walking about her place what seemed like stomping all hours of the day and night. However this was my oversight in not thinking about this when I booked the ground floor.

Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!

Very clean! The host was the best we have ever experienced. Accommodating, flexible and above all else, generous with his time. We've stayed in many places and 4 Sea Monkeys is head and shoulders above the rest.

Best House by the Beach!

Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!

Great place plus great location!

This VRBO has everything you need for your stay. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen essentials, games, chairs, convenient location. Beach access #12 is right across the quiet street. Less than a mile walk down the street to shops and the bridge. Jim is quick to respond if you need anything. Would highly recommend this place!

Quick Trip

Property was perfect for 3 travelers. Communication and hospitality from the host made this a quick and easy stay. We even had a smores kit for a little treat. We stayed here so we could cook our own meals and it had everything we needed to grill and make a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great for families

Jim was very accommodating and made it a point to have things out for the kids. The place was very clean, very close to two beach accesses and walkable to restaurants. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We only had to pack our clothes. Jim has thought of every detail and we would definitely come back!

Clean home, close to the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay on N. Shore Drive. The apartment was very spacious for 3 adults and 2 dogs. Only steps from the beach (access is literally across the street). Very clean and quiet. Jim made himself very available and was very friendly when we saw him on the property multiple times throughout our stay doing maintenance outside.

Very Convenient, Clean, and Cozy!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay. We loved the short walk to the beach. The place is cozy and clean, and nearly everything is supplied for you. The owner is on point with anything you need. Great place to stay!

Awesome visit

We came to visit with our daughter whom lives in the area. We brought our youngest daughter and two friends who have never been to the area. It was the perfect space we needed with a very short walk to the beach and nice to walk to surf city and activities. Will definitely stay again.

The host was amazing!! He made you feel how much he cared about people who stayed from the poems of instructions for your stay, the littlest details of accommodations, cleanliness and just the overall welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in. Great Location, Very Accommodating!

This stay was wonderful as Jim was very accommodating. It is also located right across the street from the beach! This place was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area in the future!

Fishing trip

Just a weekend get away with the kids for a fishing trip . location was awesome walking distance to the area across street to the beach access.pier was 0.6 miles if u are there as well the amenities was great didn't need anything but my suitcase . Also kid friendly .Mr Jim was kind and very responsive..thank u again for let's us share your condo..u til next time
