Be sure to ask where the linens are, as it is not listed anywhere where they are located. They are in a grey tote which is dropped off ahead of your stay. This was a bit difficult to navigate, and was resolved after calling the host. The top half of the home was overall in good condition with a great view from the back deck. The lower half indoors our kids would not even stay based on an awful moldy / mildew smell that was quite apparent. Our son (10) and daughter (15) chose to instead share a room / bed together upstairs, to give a little context as to how bad the smell was. Additionally the bed downstairs is deeply caved in in the middle and wasn't really sleep able. Downstairs, the walls were also very dirty around the backdoors, knobs and such, which tells me they don't clean the property very well, and likely many other areas. All in all we made the best of our stay amongst the inconveniences. Being that the downstairs was not in the greatest condition, or smell, we don't feel it was worth the money being paid. There is a great view from the back door / back deck area with easy access to the beach. It is one of the few rentals I have been to that also have sand spikes, and a spare fishing pole available. I brought my own, but it's always nice to see when they have them. We will definitely be back to vacation in the area, but not sure we would rent this home again.
