You will be bowled over by the beautiful location of Boyd! A two level street side deck before you even make it inside beckons you to take in the surrounding views including views of the Atlantic Ocean! Warm wood tones and traditional furnishings invite you in to this well-maintained home with recent updates including tile floors, fresh paint throughout, and updated bedding! Bedrooms painted in beachy hues, a welcoming great room with space for everyone, family-friendly games and puzzles conveniently provided for indoor fun, books supplied for times of quiet escape, a large breed dog crate provided for your canine companion(s), and an outside yard area and canal just out the back door make for a wonderful vacation at quiet south Topsail Beach. Bring your canoe, paddle board, jet ski, kayaks, or very small flat bottom boat and dock it out your back door at Boyd’s boat dock. Soak up the sun’s rays and gaze at the ocean from the top deck. Be lured into relaxation on the canal side covered porch with rocking chairs and a hammock perched underneath while taking in views of the canal and sound. Literally 100 feet to the public beach access!

Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being so close to the beach. House isn’t fancy, but suited us well - very comfortable and family-friendly. It has great porches for watching the sunset, well-equipped kitchen, some beach supplies, outdoor shower. We hope to be back!

Boyd house

We love Topsail Beach and rented the Boyd house mostly because of the location (near my sister’s house) and because it was on the canal and pet friendly. It was like going to the grandparents beach house! Very quaint. However, the mattresses and linens were very poor quality. The queen/twin bedroom smelled of mildew. With older features, the house needs to be extra clean -this was not the case. Overall, we had a nice week but I do suggest some improvements.

This is the perfect beach house for families!!! We stayed with 3 kids, our dogs, and our parents. The location is perfect, a very short walk to public beach access. Topsail beach is the cleanest and nicest beach we've been to. The house has literally everything you need... to include boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. We even saw a manatee from the back pier! We will definitely book again next year!

We had a wonderful time staying here ! The location is perfect, the house has a terrific deck & 2 lovely porches. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was great.

Great location, spacious and well furnished!

Loved staying here with my family for the week! It was both beautiful and affordable with stunning views and access to the water. It comes with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining and several decks and areas to vegetate and either sit and read or gather and hang out . Wonderful place to get away from it all!
