  • Escape to our spacious space where beachside serenity meets modern comfort! Our second-row retreat offers the best of both worlds, breathtaking ocean views without all the sand inside. Just a short stroll to beach access, this home is designed for relaxation, adventure, and creating unforgettable memories.

    Fully stocked kitchen w/ bar seating, fridge w/ icemaker, microwave, range, blender, coffee maker, cookware & silverware
    Cozy living room w/ TV, couch & mini-split AC
    Private bedroom w/ queen bed, ensuite bath (stand-up shower), & mini-split AC
    2nd bedroom w/ queen bed & ensuite bath (stand-up shower)

    Main Floor:
    Open-concept living & dining area w/ TV, comfortable seating & ocean breezes
    Fully stocked kitchen w/ blender, toaster, plenty of dishes, cookware & coffee cups
    Full bath w/ tub/shower, plus laundry room w/ washer & dryer
    Twin bedroom w/ storage & closets
    Queen bedroom w/ deck access & seating for morning coffee by the sea
    Primary suite w/ queen bed & ensuite bath

    Guest access
    Guests have full access to the entire property, including private bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Keyless entry ensures a seamless check-in and check-out experience. For any needs during your stay, we’re only a message away!

    Other things to note
    Entry & Access:
    Lockbox on the main floor entry door
    Grab the key from the upstairs keybox to unlock the ground floor entry

    A game room is also in the works! It’s currently under construction and is expected to be ready within the next month to six weeks.

Great Location

We usually stay at the outer banks for our beach vacations. We wanted to try something new and had a great stay in Surf City! We loved the area and the quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive to messages.

father's day weekend

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to beach access.plenty of room. Only drawback would be no detergent provided for dishwasher even though asked to wash dishes in dishwasher at checkout and no extra garbage bags for trash can.

Perfect!

We had an amazing time at Surf City, NC. This property was exactly as described!!! We loved the split layout, it worked perfectly for the younger adults in the group. Perfect location and close to the beach. We rented bikes and biked to the local restaurants and shops! Hope we get the chance to stay again. Abigail was great to deal with!! Thank you for the great memories in your beautiful home.

Inside was as described however no bureau in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Lived out of a suitcase for the week. The deck furniture fabric was torn. The two deck chairs were unusable as the cloth material had rotted. The outdoor shower was gross as it had a buildup of black slime. The yard needed to be mowed. The outside stairs to the second floor living area had unstable railings. Would have expected a better deck/outside experience for the money we paid. Outside did not make a very good first impression. Have pictures.
