With a total of 11 king-size bedrooms, 11 bathrooms (one for each bedroom!), 2 kitchens, 2 Great Rooms, 2 family rooms with pool tables, 2 year-round container pools, and 1 gorgeous lake view, The Cottages have everything you need for an unforgettable group retreat, big family reunion, or other special event.

Right down to the two EV chargers for your vehicles: Grizzl-E Classic, Level 2 240V / 40A, UL Certified, NEMA 14-50 Plug.

Two fully equipped kitchens impress even the most discerning chef. Each features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils, including KitchenAid mixers. Gather around two spacious dining tables for 12 (one at each house), plus additional seating at the nearby kitchen islands.

We understand the importance of including every member of the family. Both Thistle Cottage and Claymore Cottage are dog-friendly, allowing you to bring your beloved four-legged companions along!

Both properties have been designed with accessibility in mind, too. There is ramp entry to the main levels, plus each home has an accessible bedroom and a bathroom with grab bars at the toilet and the shower, as well as a handheld showerhead.

On each home’s lower deck, a private container pool beckons. Take refreshing summer dips, or turn the pools into giant hot tubs for fall and early winter soaks.

Depending on the weather:
- Summer temperature is 84-86 degrees (roughly end of May to mid September)
- Rest of the year the temperature is 97-99 degrees for your stay (mid September until end of the year school holidays and again mid March to just before the end of May)
- Container pool is CLOSED from January to early March (neighborhood indoor pool is OPEN)

Savor your morning coffee on the upper decks while taking in the tranquil lake view. Hungry for brunch, but don’t want to leave?

Grill burgers on the gas BBQ grill (again, one at each house), fry up some eggs to slide on top, call everyone out to the al fresco dining table and voila! Brunch burgers with a view.

If rain rolls in, no problem. Head to the family rooms for a game of pool or a movie on the large-screen TVs.

When the rain clears again, head out to explore. Choose from a full menu of Branson and Table Rock Lake activities, dining, shopping and adventures within easy driving distance.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Up a sending road from a public boat lunch and sweet cove to play in and no more than 35 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

Our community of Rocky Shores is 2.5 miles off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

The outdoor pool is open late May to mid September, weather permitting, and it's awesome! Splash pad, lounge area, and the swimming area.

The indoor pool is open all year round!

ADDITIONAL INFO

🐶 $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.

If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
