This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom WATERFRONT POOL home is essentially everything you and your family desire for a vaca, fishing trip, or both. Sleeping up to 5 to 13 people! Watch breathtaking sunsets from the dock, or enjoy the river using the tandem kayaks available. A scenic pool along with many lounge chairs for relaxation. Or even jump in your boat and get away for the day! Provides two living rooms and a game room, including a delightful foosball table, ping pong table along with many enjoyable bored games. A large 8 foot dining room table. The upstairs offers 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. The significant master suit also offers a private bathroom and waterfront views from the bed. Washer and dryer available for your use.

Great parking space available in the driveway. Access to the luxurious Lake Conley. Howard Park Beach conveniently a 20 min drive. Sponge docks merely 10 mins away. Access to Gulf of Mexico at Anclote park only a few minutes away!

Dogs are allowed. There will be a $50 pet fee per dog. All pets Must be pre-approved, vaccinated, and leashed at all times when outside. The pet fee wont be included in your original booking. Sponge docks 4 miles, Beautiful

Vacation with friends

The home is nice but on a very busy street. We tried to walk around the neighborhood but the sidewalk is right on the road and only wide enough for one person. The home is fairly close to parks with trails. The master bedroom is nice with a bathroom. The other bedrooms beds make noise as you move during sleep. The living room furniture is difficult to get on and off, the cushions are shot. The owner did immediately respond to the electrical issues.

Christmas Vacation

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to.

Aloha Gardens

Enjoyed our stay at this large home which is very close to shopping, other amenities and a very short drive to Tarpon Springs. Loved sitting by the pool and canal. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for ALL to enjoy

We had a wonderful time at Donna's property! It was perfect for our party of 8 with plenty of room to spare! The pool in the back kept the littles entertained as well as the foosball table. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Wedding weekend

My family went down for my nephews wedding and the house was perfect. I wish we could have been there longer. Such a great spot to just relax out by the pool/lake. The kids used the kayaks and had fun. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Get Together

We loved our stay at Aloha Gardens. The place was very clean. The location is nice and it is convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions. Our family had fun fishing, playing games and visiting. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend with family.

Perfect!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and Donna was so accommodating! She was super flexible with us and the view was great! We met Gary the Alligator and it couldn’t have been a better place for 11 of us.

Room for everybody to hang out.

We were a group of 13 adults, friends and family. The large table in the dining room was very nice for playing cards and hanging out together. We enjoyed the house alot.

Donna the owner was extremely responsive to specific needs. Beautiful house lay out. Lots of windows. Bright and sunny. Enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the waterway - frequent visits from turtles and alligators :)

Family Fun!

We had a group of teens and adults for a family getaway. Tampa area was new for us and this location was perfect! Fred Howard Park, Sunset Beach, Caladesi Island, & Clearwater Beach were all close. The house was perfect for cooking our meals and had lots to offer for seating and cookware. We had a blast!!

Great location for all family activities.

Our experience was above expectations. Would recommend this house. Enjoyed having game room, large dining table. Fishing dock, kayak with vest was a plus. Winter did not use pool. Location was good.

Host was Very Acomodating

Nice place - street was a little busy/noisy but we got past that. Watched alligators almost every day! Donna was very fast in helping us out with a dresser for the upstairs bedroom and a new frame for one of the beds that broke.

Great Space For Large Families

This house is perfect for multiple families wanting to gather! Plenty of space and the kids loved the games. The table was great for dinners! Donna was extremely responsive and accommodating! The only feedback I would give is it could use more towels and extra bedding when guest size gets over 10 people. Overall, an AMAZING experience!

Comfortable and spacious

We thought we were getting 5 bedrooms, but onky 4 and a pull out couch. We were able to move room partners and make it work. Close to the braches we wanted to go to. Would recommend but not for a family of 13.

Happy Birthday to Me

We had 13 people stay here and the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the kayaks and saw the Alligator! The pool was perfect for the little ones and Howard Park, Sunset Beach, and Tarpon Springs were only minutes away. Food stores and convenient stores down the street. The house was clean, roomy, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We would certainly stay there again. Lovely.
