Waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bath at Squam (Suite 11)

Make memories at this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!

This 2 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a small kitchen, narrow living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen sized bed and its own full bathroom.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

This suite does not allow pets. If you want to bring your pet on vacation with you, please check out our pet friendly suites: Suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.

Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot.

Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders' kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water!

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage.

Guests should communicate with the host via the app.

Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.

Great LDW!

Thanks so much for hosting us! we have been coming to squam for 20+ years and never stayed at the boulders. The space was great for the price and right on the lake. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cabin type weekend by the water.

Not as advertised

The “renovated” rooms were acceptable. One bathroom had a poorly repaired shower threshold. The unit was advertised to have a/c which was not installed. Windows in bedroom had no screens so could not be opened for airflow. Slider to attached porch took two of us to open and close. No shades on bathroom windows- if people on the porch they could see directly into bathroom windows. Had to request sheets and pillow for sofa bed even though advertised as having such. Fans provided were filthy and covered with gunk. Ants were present as soon as a spoon was left on the counter.
