Squam Suite - Waterfront

Make memories at this recently renovated 1 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, and a swim raft. A perfect place to enjoy Squam Lake!

2027: 6/26 - 8/28/27 are 7 day rentals with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out only

May, June, September and October have 2 night minimum stay on Friday and Saturdays.

This 1 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom. The kitchen and living room were gutted in 2024 and have all new finishes.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

This suite does not allow pets. If you want to bring your pet on vacation with you, please check out our pet friendly suites: Suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.

Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot.

Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders` kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water!

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage.

Guests should communicate with the host via the app.

Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.
