The rooms were clean, the building is old but the owners are in the process of renovating. The 66 Restaurant was very good. The service was good and the food was delicious.

Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much.

The owner Vivian is a wonderful host who worked hard to make our stay fun and easy. The place itself is dated and the area is as well, but the rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the 66 Mote has outstanding service and its own restaurant/bar with a pool table and air hockey!

Agent at the counter was super helpful, but mentioned that their property does not associate with Expedia anymore but she allowed me to stay anyways. I think someone needs to remove the property from your search engine

Very run down ,duct tape in shower to cover hole, no toilet paper, no towels after i showered ,just a very old hotel, if your on a extreme budget or you Can’t find anything else,a bed and a toilet will do !

Shady place

we drove up after having read the horrible reviews to just take a look BUT it looked so shady and beyond any decent standard that we didnt dare to even check in. We just decide to loose the money and went elsewhere for the night.

Semi angry property manager

We were met at as we got out of the car to check in …..told that there was no reservation for us. I hadn’t even given my name. The office person acted like she really didn’t want our business at all. Complained that Hotels.com didn’t pay the hotel and she didn’t offer any ideas of how we were to get our money back. We had to go find other accommodations. The virtual agent for Hotels.com was Not helpful at all.

I do not recommend.

The clerk was rude and acted like I was intruding on her time. The bedside lamp was broken. There were no drinking cups. The area was very dark with very little outside lighting and the main sign was dark. The bathroom door could not open all the way because it hit the toilet. Only positive thing was the bath towel was fluffy. I'm retired military and can sleep anywhere, but my wife would not have stayed here!

If you would like to get yelled at, go here!

I have never had a person who works in the service industry be as rude to me as the front desk person was. I called a few hours ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be arriving around 10pm. Upon arriving, I rang a doorbell. The front desk person who answered the door ripped the portable doorbell out of the holder and yelled at me. She continued to be extremely rude during the check in process. Once I got to my room, I found that no working light bulbs were in any table lamps or chandeliers. Rather than deal with the inhospitable front desk clerk yet again, I left and checked into Best Western.

予約したのに満室て言って断られた。 返金は＄でしてもらった。 フロントに誰もいない。 ようやく人が出てきたらこの有様。 絶対に行かない方がいい！

It was extremely dirty, the heater vents had a thick layer of dust, we opened the door because it stunk, the floor was dirty, the towels were stained and had string's hanging off them. The beds were old and ripped. My son got bitten by bed bugs!! There were roaches. This was inhumane much less rented to the public. This was the worst place I have ever been!!

They said that Expedia never contacted them about my need to cancel. ImThey said I could have cancer it Last Friday with no problem. Expedia said they would take care of it, but instead, just denied my request for cancelling and said it was non refundable. I doubt I'll be using Expedia again.
