"The hotel female staff has assigned me to a room with guests already in it. When I opened the door with a swipe card the guests were staring at me & were very surprised. So was I. She has also sent me to my room without giving me my breakfast tickets. For both those mistakes she didn't even apologise which was very unusual for a japanese person."
