Absolutely faultless! Possibly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and in a lovely setting. Great locations a short walk or taxi ride from the old town.

Our family of four, two adults and two young teens absolutely loved our stay at La Siesta. From the time we entered we were warmly greeted and well cared for with great attention to detail. Hang, who checked us in was so lovely and looked after us throughout our stay and all the other staff members were all kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and the facilities had everything you could ask for. The breakfast buffet was great and lunch and dinner were delightful too. We all really enjoyed the spa and their staff, service and treatments. Thank you for providing our family with such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay in Hoi An

We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta Hoi An and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay - friendly and genuinely happy to help, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to suit everyone and a lovely way to start each day. One of the highlights for us was the complimentary bikes. They made it so easy and enjoyable to explore Hoi An, cycle to the beach, and discover the local area at our own pace. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay. We would definitely love to return.

We loved everything about La siesta resort. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, rooms were tidy, restaurant was great and the pools were clean with fantastic service. Not too far a walk to the old town however grabs are easy to get too.

A fantastic hotel. what makes this hotel amazing is their staff, I cannot how great and helpful they are. The hotel amenities and facilities were top notch. The Temple and Red bean restaurant very service oriented and food delightful. A great resort overall I will definitely come back.

The hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a duplex room and it was lovely- spacious, clean, great beds. Breakfast was good, the pools were clean and the grounds were well maintained with lush planting. The Red bean restaurant was delicious Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and gracious. Hang went out of her way to be helpful (even when she wasn’t on duty we subsequently found!) We thought our entire stay was faultless and we look forward to visiting again.

The staff was very friendly and tried to help many different aspects. If I can request, it would be great if they have more free shuttle to old town and beach. When we stayed there, there were only 3 times a day.
