"My sister got bit by a dog on the property and the front desk person didn't do anything dnd wasn't concerned at all."

"Very nice room and I didn’t really talk with staff but they did seem nice. We booked this room for the basketball tournament and I promised my kids to swim and hang out and they were excited. The night we checked in they said pool is open and breakfast in the am. They said do you need a late heck out let us know. The next morning kids were excited went down to find the pool closed and would not be open till after checkout. Tried to extend check out and they denied stating they need to clean the room and short staffed. So I had to drive 2 hours home with pissed of kids. If I would have known we would have booked elsewhere. When you drive 2 hours it really sucks especially in a winter storm to find out your not getting what others have gotten and paid for"

"Room size was great, walk ability to downtown Bozeman super easy you’re right there. S’mores at night snacks and even hand warmers are available in the lobby having a coffee shop attached to the hotel is awesome ! Just book it"
