「I stayed in the hotel only so I am not sure about area around the property. All the staff are friendly and hotel facilities are great. Only one thing is my room was too far from the main lobby. As a solo traveler, I felt a little nervous of walking in the morning and at night before and after safari trips.」

「Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall.」

「Wir hatten das Superior Zimmer, das ist ein kleines Häuschen neben dem Haupthaus. Es ist ein super schönes Zimmer. Es gibt sogar neben einer Badewanne, eine Innen- und eine Aussendusche. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig, der Pool herrlich. Man kann schon vom Frühstückstisch aus Tiere beobachten. Die Lodge befindet sich innerhalb des eingezäunten Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, so dass man dort seine eigene kleine Safari machen kann. 「The lodge is perfect for a stay in Hoedspruit; with an easy drive to Kruger Park. The wildlife come to within meters of the garden which makes for exciting and interesting viewing from your patio. The hosts Sue and Deon will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend. 」
