「Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.」

「I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked. The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. 「2pm check in mean 2pm couldn't get in room until 2.45pm and still clean guy in my room. No Sky Tv. Area unsafe. Off license motel. People stay here mouths i am thinking too. Lady lock out motel and worng number on wall needs cell number. Pillows old. Parking only 8 parks too.」

「There are no check-in staff at the motel, so you have to check-in at a different hotel and then come here. That guy was pretty nice and friendly though. The shower had a tiny drain and no shower tray, so the bathroom completely flooded, even with a short shower. There is not stove or anything in the "kitchen". There was a leak coming from behind the fridge too, so a constant pool of water on the floor. It was pretty noisy with other guests making noise and no staff to do anything about it.」

「Room was very tidy and the lovely lady on the front desk when we checked in was so friendly. She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)」

「4つ星モーテルということで大きな期待をもって13泊を予約しました。 快適に過ごすにはコミュニケーション力が必要かと思います。シーツは3泊ごと、タオルは17時過ぎに洗濯が完了してからお掃除時間とは別にもってくることなど質問しなければわからないことでした。ただお風呂があることは大変ありがたく疲れがとれました。フロントのスタッフがくれる引き立てコーヒーも美味しかったです。 」

「Having to pick up the key from a different location was odd but not a problem. Off street parking is a bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and nice linen and towels. Would stay again. 」
