"ホテルは綺麗で快適でした。また立地も良く市内へのアクセスも便利でした。 しかしサービスに問題がありました。2泊したのですが部屋を清掃してもらえませんでした。フロントにクレームしたもののチェックインの際に清掃の要求がなかったと。ちなみにチェックイン時に清掃に関する説明はありませんでした(私たち家族は英語は理解できます)。とても残念でした。"

"We had two reservations for consecutive three nights those which have with breakfast for first two days and have without breakfast for last day but separately because we didn't need it last morning for our early departure. Before we booked the above, we asked by email if available with same room for three nights. But no response. As the result, we stayed same room for three days. We had been very grateful if you could have replied before we booked the above that you have such flexibility."
