「Such a charming place in the quiet town of Sillian. The dinner was spectacular—everything was just perfect. I had the best tiramisu of my life! Breakfast was great as well, and I especially enjoyed the local honeycomb. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a rainy night after an exhausting hike, and it felt so nice to be warmly welcomed into such a cozy place. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「Hotel was very good, perfect place and very clean. However, there was no functional air conditioning. The rooms (we were moved) were stiflingly hot. We complained, were moved but A/C was not working. What was most irritating was the apparent dishonesty of the staff. On the day we left, the receptionist admitted they knew they had problems but the staff we spoke to previously played 'ignorant'. To add insult the staff member we spoke to said 'what do you want me to do about it?' Honesty would...

「Lienzは静かな待ちですが、居心地よい街です。ホテルはシンプルながら快適で、朝食も美味しかったです。最初街の中心の広場から行った為、場所がわからなかったのですが、わりと大きいホテルですので、人に聞いたらすぐ教えて頂けました。」
