Our house nestled in South Hobart, where stunning mountain vistas meet modern comforts. This spacious two-story home offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere perfect for families or groups of up to five guests.

-Upstairs features three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a single, ensuring everyone has their own comfy space to rest and recharge.
-From streaming your favourite shows on the smart TV to whipping up meals at the dining table, this home has everything you need—including fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked fridge, and a washing machine for convenience.
-Enjoy free parking right at the property, and take just five minutes by car to reach Hobart’s lively city centre packed with cafes, shops, and attractions. The airport is also just a short 23-minute drive, making arrivals and departures hassle-free.
-Whether you’re here to explore Tasmania’s natural beauty or simply unwind away from the hustle, our South Hobart retreat offers peace, comfort, and breathtaking mountain views to make your stay unforgettable.


Important Information:
The indoor staircase is quite steep. For the safety of little ones, please supervise them and discourage playing on the stairs. Thank you for your understanding.
The front entrance has a few steps, so please watch your step when coming in.
Parking is available in a small open garage at the front of the house, or you can find spots along the street. Thank you!

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Please watch your little ones carefully around the stairs, as they can be a safety risk.

The factor here had a wall surrounding it and a small building with a gift shop and presentation area. It was incredibly basic but you felt like you were part of something bigger. It´s not much to look at but I thought it was well worth visiting. It is one of the stops on the Red Decker bus in Hobart. #localgem

A well-remodelled older property in great location

The apartment was very clean and had been nicely remodelled, especially the bathroom which appears quite new. Be aware that older people staying here will need to navigate a rather steep staircase to go from the bedrooms down to the bathroom which is on the ground floor. Neighborhood is quiet and has a great view. We don't recommend using the garage as access is narrow. Street parking is easy.
