Room for up to six guests with two queen beds and a set of bunks, this home also has two living areas, separate bath and shower, plus separate toilet, plus private laundry facilities. The views are just spectacular, from Mount Wellington/kunanyi right across Hobart and down to Bruny Island. Located just 6km from Hobart CBD, close to beaches and shops, as well as just 15 minutes to the airport, this house is perfect for your stay in Hobart.

Full kitchen facilities plus dining area enable family dinners, plus private laundry facilities make holidaying easy. Lounge area with smart TV, a separate living space and board games make this the perfect family stay. We are walking distance to Bellerive Beach and waterfront walking tracks, and just a 2 minute drive to a major shopping centre, restaurants and take away options.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except the locked under-house storage room.

Getting into Hobart couldn't be easier, with the CBD less than a 10-minute drive away, or enjoy a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River from nearby Bellerive Pier, arriving right in the heart of Hobart's waterfront precinct.

Bellerive has a wonderful village atmosphere, with an excellent selection of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, takeaway options and local shops, all within easy walking distance. Getting Around:
We highly recommend hiring a car to expolre Hobart and Southern Tasmania. We offer free on site parking for two cars. For those visiting without a car, we are located a 5 minute walk to public bus transport, and a 10 minute walk to the Derwent Ferry Service which sails to the city.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs to access the property. Once inside, it is single level throughout.
