"It was truly an unforgettable and wonderful stay. The room was beautifully decorated with lush greenery, and every detail was so thoughtful—like the chocolates and story sheet left during the turndown service. The Thai dinner was also genuinely authentic and delicious. Above all, Mr. Thien CS left a lasting impression on us. He always served us with a warm, gentle smile and exhibited complete professionalism in his movements. What stood out the most was his humble and courteous attitude, especially how he bent down to match my child's eye level when speaking with them. Having stayed at many hotels, I’ve learned that while great facilities matter, exceptional service is what stays in your heart forever. Thank you for everything. We hope to return again someday!"
