Our room was pretty tight, and up 4 flights of stairs ! It had a lovely big shower/ bathroom/ toilet. We had no window which wasn't mentioned on the website. Aircond and fridge were good Big restaurant below, and on corner of the busy night scene for music and food. Close to Ben Than market too.

It was a very comfortable stay at the Rice hotel. Everything was clean and nice, except for the foul smell comes out of the drainage. Otherwise everything was perfect for the money we pay. The breakfast was delicious and filling. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again I will choose to stay at the Rice Hotel. All the staffs were excellent.

The hotel Staff was attentive, explained all the amenaties of the room, there was no safe in the room, the hotel manager had explained to me about the cost of the drinks in the mini fridge that it was supposed to be paid at the end of the stay i didn't think much of it until he knocked on my door the next morning asking for me to settle the bill, i was confused, the paper even says to settle the bill at the end of the trip so i found that a little odd. The tv had no cable channels only you tube and netflix apps that you need your own passwords for.

Excellent areas. Right next to Bui Vien. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Downstairs is an excellent restaurant (Dai Viet) with so many dishes to choose from. Very reasonable price. Foods were excellent.

Too noisy tv did not work when mentioned to them they just said sorry .only one key when asked for extra one they do not have. Reception is nothing like the picture it is a desk at the end a restaurant. No elevator beside getting to room some stair case has low clearance .that youcould bang your forhead

ライスホテルは同じ経営で２～３か所（近い場所）ありました。私が泊まった、ザライスデタムホテルはリニュウアルされたのか、部屋はきれいで新しく、快適でした。木製の少し古い机があり右の一番上の引き出しにカギがかかるようになっていました。セーフティボックスは他にありません。私はスーツケースにカギを掛けて、パスポート等を入れてました。フロントも朝１０時から夜１０時までの勤務で、休みの日もありました。私は使わなかったのですが、どうしても用がある時は部屋の内線を使えば、通じるかとも思います。部屋に案内してくれた時にそういわれました。難点はホテルの場所が、超繁華街の中にあることです。明け方近くまで、大音量で、多くの店が歌ったり、踊ったりが続き、耳栓無しでは眠れないと思います。非常口も確認しましたが、一方しかなく、そちらが火元のときは、どうすればいいかと思いました。フロントはいる時は親切でした。
