Worst Possible Hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Before arrival I mailed to inform them on when what time I would land. Because I would arrive at midnight I requested a pick up and asked them to prepare a room for me. When I arrived at HCMC there was no pick up so I had to go to the hotel by taxi. Then when I arrived at the hotel there were two receptionists and they were playing a game on their phone. And they didnt stop playing, they just looked up from their phone and the first thing they said was "no room." I told him to check the computer because I mailed them. Well he looked up from his phone again and said "no room."
We did that for a few times and then he suggested that they would bring me to another hotel where I could stay for one night. I would have to pay for this new hotel myself but he promised me it would be a nice hotel. So we went for a 5 minute walk to this hotel called Yumi. Before I took the room I wanted to see it and there were cockroaches crawling on the bed. So I found a hotel myself.
Next day I went back to see my room at Rosabella. And the room didnt look anything like the pictures on the website. I then went back down and requested a refund. The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful. But he said that I had to context expedia to get a refund and then I asked for a number that I could call. He actually have me a fake number to call.
Never stay here it is a scam.
