Room is clean, location is good. Staff is good, we lost the hand phone in the hotel lobby, the staff helped us to close up. Very Good staff and Honesty.
Reported back door can not shut & never be attended
Cleaning staff entrying room without knocking
Noise & music from nearby bar & restaurant until 3am in the morning
We went to the hotel with no expectations but still got disappointed, and changed hotels halfway through our stay. We arrived late and the front desk staff was sleeping and did not say anything to us, just gave the key and went back to sleep. We booked the room with the balcony but the balcony door did not close completely so literally there is no soundproof from the street below. After traveling the whole day we just wanted to take a shower but there was no warm water in the shower. Also, the wifi does literally not work in the room at all and there is no safe box in the room or the lobby. We did not feel comfortable leaving valuable things anywhere since the door is like a normal inside door and has no reliable lock, you can literally kick the door in if wanted. And the bed sucks and there is no door to the bathroom, it's all one open space. But the worst part of this hotel is the staff. They seem not to care about the guests at all and did not say a word to us throughout our stay. They were more into hanging out with each other and they don't speak English either. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone and it was the worst hotel we stayed at during our travels in Southeast Asia.
This hotel is in a very good location, about 10 minute walk from Ben thanh. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check in around 12 which was nice. I requested a room with a tv but didn't get one, was quite strange there was a tv bracket on the wall but the tv had been taken off. I understand that only some rooms have tv so do request one. My room had no window but this worked out really well for me, couldn't hear any street noise or beeping so I got such a good sleep staying here. Beds were big and comfy and rooms were clean. The room I stayed in had an open bathroom, so you should only stay here with someone who you are 100% comfortable with. Would stay again.
Best hotel we stayed in in the area. Unlike some older buildings, the room was fairly sound proof and we were not disturbed by noise from outside, or other residents. Stayed one night, but would be happy to stay longer. Good location.

Disliked: Staff & service
no window, no bathroom door but well located
Overall it was good value for money however the room didn't have a window which wasn't mentioned on the website, when we brought this up with I think a duty manager he was very argumentative and showed us a different website where it said our room had 'no view' which to me doesn't nessasarly mean no window...and that's not where we booked it anyway.
You also have to be careful which room you book as most of the rooms don't have bathroom doors or walls so you can easily chat to your travel bud in bed while on the loo.
All in all though it is a good base for a budget city break x
La camera ampia e pulita a disposizione bollitore the e caffè gratuiti e acqua .
Unico neo era al primo piano e molto rumore proveniva dall'esterno per il traffico
Non ho chiesto di cambiarla
La moquette era un po' vecchia

Good location, room could be better
Easy to find location, along the main road outside the backpackers area.
The room was generally clean, though our bathroom ventilation gave off a funky smell when switched on. Bedroom and bathroom were separated by a curtain, no door.
Very basic room, no tv or window. Staff didn't speak great English, but tried. Great location, walking distance to war museum, independence palace and ben Thanh market (which is a tourist ripoff), literally around the corner from bar/backpacker street, but a bit quieter itself, which was nice. Free water & coffee/tea in room. Actual shower stall, not just a shower head and a drain next to toilet bowl. Great value for money if all you want is a room to shower & sleep in.
It was the worst hotel ever. I even did not check in this hotel, when I got there, they explained me the room was full though I booked and completed payment by hotels.com few days before and they let me go to other hotel which was not I expected. However, I had to stay the other hotel because of late time and hard to find other hotel. THE WORST HOTEL IN HO CHI MINH CITY ABSOLUTELY.
