高級感のあるホテル、立地が抜群で食事や買い物、観光にも便利。スタッフもとても丁寧で親切でした。 空港まで迎えを頼んだらちょっと人数が多いためかリムジンで来てもらってびっくり。 バスタブのシャワーの切り替えがわかりにくかったので、バスルームのどこかに書いてもらっていたらよかったと思います。

初めてホーチミンに泊まりました。 初めてなので、どこに行くのも便利な場所をと、中心にある当ホテルを選びました。選んで正解でした。主な観光スポットは徒歩で行けるし、買い物スポットも近くにあり、とても便利でした。 ちょうど建国記念日で川で花火が上がりましたが、ホテルからばっちり、最高の景色でした。

西洋式のホテルを望むなら安定したした期待通りのホテルです。朝食も3日間いて飽きない程度に様式、中華、ベトナム現地食などのレパートリーがあり、サラダやフルーツもしっかり摂取できます。あえての弱点を書くと12Fに宿泊しましたが、街の騒音が12時くらいまであり、そこだけが睡眠開始にちょっと影響があった程度です。

ホーチミン3泊のうち、最初の2泊をこちらで。建築が好きなので1泊はマジェスティックにしましたが、マジェスティックにチェックインしてから、全泊、グランドホテルにすれば良かったと何度も思うほど、こちらでの滞在はとても快適でした。 また、スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで、好感良かったです。 ホテルからすぐにコンビニもカフェもあり、とても便利でした。 次回、ホーチミンに来るときは是非また利用したいです。全泊で。

予算の限られた旅でしたが、せっかくのはじめてのベトナムなので、15日間のうち最初の2泊だけ、歴史のある良いホテルにと考えて探すと、とても魅力的な価格でこちらのホテルを見つけました。 チェックインの際もドア・フロント・ベルとスタッフの皆様はとても丁寧な対応で、お部屋も豪華。キングサイズとはいえ縦より横のほうがはるかに長いベッドに大感激!でも、一人で寝るにはもったいなく、朝目覚めると広いベッドの端っこで小さく丸まってる自分の小ささを思い知りました(w ルーフトップバーのスタッフもフレンドリーで料理も本格的。景色も雰囲気も申し分ありません(オーダーミスをされましたが許してしまうほどの満足感でした) しかし、朝食(無料なので文句は言いませんが)はちょっと、、、今回様々なホテルで朝食をいただきましたが、品数と見た目の豪華さはNo1。味はチーズはよかったですが、その他はそれほどでした。コンベンション関係の団体客のせいか一時的に満席になると料理の補充も追いつきません。バスボーイたちは英語が話せないので黙って皿を下げていきます。せめて笑顔やExcuse me.くらいは言えるはず。そして最悪なのがオムレツとフォーを作るライブキッチン。笑顔がなく不愛想ならバックキッチンで作って提供した方がいい。オープンキッチンはある意味エンターテイメントなのだから笑顔でプロの技を見せなければ意味がない。面倒くさそうな顔で返事もせず作るオムレツは白身と君の混ざりが悪くマーブル模様。クリームも塩コショウも加えられていない卵液をパサパサになるまで強火で焼き、形も崩れている。そもそもフライパンの返しで成型するものだと思うけどスパテラでこそげ取って端に寄せていくオムレツって初めて見た。。。たまたま慣れていない人がピンチヒッター的にやってたの?と思ったら翌日も同様。ベトナムのオムレツってそういうものなの?と思ったけど翌日以降3件のホテルでオムレツいただいたけど他所は諸外国や日本のオムレツとそん色なくイメージに近いものが出ていた。特別にここだけがその状態。 このオムレツさえなければ「スタッフとサービス」「総合評価」はともに満点にしたはず。

部屋とても居心地がいいです!
ドンコイ通りのとても立地の良い場所にあるのと、とてもお得な値段で泊まれたので、このホテルを選びました。最新設備の部屋というわけではありませんが、広さも調度良く、また家具の雰囲気でとても落ち着きます。 立地がいいので、ホテルに戻って買い物を部屋に置いてまた観光に行ったりすることもできます。 ひとつ残念なのが朝食です。係の人による部屋番号のチェックもなく、席への案内もありませんでした。誰でも入れてしまう状態です。空いている席がわからず、片付け途中のウエイトレスの方に聞いて席を案内してもらいましたが、ビュッフェから戻るとその席は他の人に取られていました。もう少し整理して欲しかったです。
