Bed sheets had burn marks from cigarettes but fresh Had two small towels 2 small rolls of toilet paper no cups for tea no glasses and but on a good note service to supply glasses plastic cups 4 towlels was quick and toilet rolls but not as quick as collected cash lol

The apartment is impressive from the outside and our room was fine. There is also a cinema so that was quite interesting.

AVOID THIS STAY AT ALL COST! This service with this accommodation was horrendous since we landed at the airport. When we landed, we could get a hold of management. We were stuck at the airport until 2AM on top of the strenuous immigration wait. After finally being able to contact the host, we were forced to accept a stay at a different property and not the one we booked! They told us to stay at a property a bit far from the one we booked, and then we still had to pack our luggage again the next day to move over. Even after moving to our stay, we still had to wait about half an hour before the host arrived! The room we checked into smelled horrible, the bed was stained, and the sheets were gross. We even had to throw all the beddings that they stuck in the closet outside because it smelled so horrible. We even had to purchase cleaning supplies and perform all the extra cleaning ourselves to make it bearable since THEY DENIED OUR REFUND REQUEST. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE apart of the host’s team including cleaning service. We were given only one key card to split between three people, and the elevator required a key card to operate. It took like 4 days to receive the extra keys. We have stayed at Terra Royal before under a different host, and it was amazing. However, we are warning anyone looking to stay with this Anxiety team to steer clear! The pricing and service is very scandalous, and everything was recorded by an Expedia agent!

The property was not clean and we were only provided one key, which made it very difficult to enter and exit, since it is required to enter the building, use the elevator, and enter the room. Also there is no A/C in the main room.

I love that the place was at level 22 with great view and this is a corner unit Cons. Condition of the place was a bit lower than expectation. Towels for client was looking pretty bad. Then microwave filled with water. The wall a bit dirty. Furniture a bit dusty ac at first very slow and filled with dirt. They also take 200k for service fee but wasn't noted before I rent it.

DISGUSTING - nothing like advertised!

As someone that doesn't easily feel the need to negatively review accommodation, I feel compelled to share our experience. In short the accommodation is absolutely disgusting. The apartment looks NOTHING like the advertised listing, is it dirty, the host and staff did not respond to our pleas to address the apartment state and the individual that checked us in swore at my wife (via rude hand signal as they can't speak English). There is absolutely no view of any river whatsoever despite that being listed in the room description, the pool photo is of the hotel next door and you need to pay to use that facility and the beds are not king size. I cannot recommend more strongly to avoid this accommodation as it is at best deceiving advertising and at worst borderline fraudulent. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Căn hộ Terra Royal 83 Lý Chính Thắng ngay trung tâm quận 3, vị trí thuận tiện đi đâu cũng gần. Tiện ích đầy đủ chuẩn 5 sao: hồ bơi tràn, gym, spa, sky bar… Thiết kế hiện đại, không gian sang trọng, sống ở đây vừa tiện nghi vừa đẳng cấp. Sẽ quay lại lần sau
